Is there somewhere i can change this to normal money in Riga? ( I have 2 more of these, I don’t wanna spend 3 hours in rimi counting coins )

3h of counting coins? Id personally count up to 1 euro then dump into one pocket, another 1 euro then into another one, and so on until i’m out of pockets š

Bezdelīgu iela 3. Bring passport or ID card with you as they transfer money to account.
Alternative – bring coins to your bank and ask to change them. Fees will be applied. In Germany coin change machines are common but not here.
Central bank
You can try asking cashiers of smaller stores if they don’t need exchange money.
Sometimes they are actually happy to exchange it.

Buy something at Maxima and then use self checkout, you can pay with coins, just pour them in
From my experience, I went to some local small shop and asked if I could change to paper money or bigger coins. Mostly they changed to paper money. But if you ask in english, they might say to you : f u. Or you could just count how much you have and go to the shop in evening when there is not a lot of people and buy what you need/want.
