Princess Anne Inspires Fendi’s Milan Fashion Week Runway

E was a very cool girl quite minimal in that’ 70s in in That 70s way but I think it’s wonderful that there is a place in in fashion that there is some agulation to someone who um Embraces everything that’s sensible practical warm and Comfortable By emphasizing very traditional elements of fashion that’s giving people something new and something sustainable to Aspire towards or take inspiration from

Fashion house Fendi has named Princess Anne as their inspiration for their Milan Fashion Week Collection.

The tench coat, tweed, and Wellington boot wearing Princess Royal is being used as the basis for their 2024 – 2025 men’s autumn collection.

Fashion auctioneer Kerry Taylor sells outfits worn by the rich and famous and isn’t surprised by the choice.

Fendi Designer Silvia Venturini says Princess Anne is “is the chicest woman in the world”, praising her for “breaking the masculine and feminine codes”.

One fashion historian believes the royal’s ability to repurpose clothes fits a new desire for longetivity and sustainability.

Princess Anne’s unique style will now be front and centre of fashion weeks and royal visits.

  7. Marvelous. The Princess Royal is always appropriate and sensible. No hairdresser, no makeup artist, no stylist, carries her own bags….on most all of her royal visits. And no other woman rocks a military uniform on horseback quite like QEII & the Princess Royal Anne. Fabulous.

  11. Well, I'd say Princess Anne most definitely inspires 'weak' fashion. I mean, unless old women dressing up like Robin Hood wearing a cape is suddenly Haute Couture now.

  15. The Princess Royal has always been well dressed and she is also frugal. She has reworn many of her garments from years back, she understands what looks good on her and she sticks to that style.
    She dresses appropriately for whatever the occasion is. She, like her mother, doesn’t choose “flashy outrageous” clothes. She dresses appropriately for the occasion. I am and always will be a fan of the Princess Royal.

  26. Although it's great that the Princess as been deemed an inspiration to this fashion house I can't help but wonder why this can't be applied to womens designs as well. Princess Anne has always had beautifully tailored clothing that suits her and doesn't call attention to itself. It takes time to appreciate the incredible details of her wardrobe. I think that's the real message here. Thanks to Princess Anne for being such an inspiration. She works hard, enjoys her life and makes the best of what's handed to her. What an example!

  27. See girls, you are a woman but you don’t have to dress frilly if that is not your thing, you can wear pants or jackets or hats with big red feathers. You never let someone tell you that you must be a man then. You never let someone cut you up. You stand tall, be proud to be a woman and go into the world being kind, productive, honest, respectful….etc.

  32. Awesome! I love the sporty, outdoorsy way Princess Anne dresses. Too bad it’s a men’s line, although, I guess you could just get a smaller size. It’s not fitted, so that’s great! ♥️

  45. Weak and lazy men make weak and lazy earthly kings and Charles is the greatest example of a lazy weak insecure man/king that has or will ever live on GOD'S Earth, and sadly, William is a carbon copy of his father. Thank Goodness most people do not honor nor worship earthly kings..
