  1. 1. Poor security for the judge.
    2. The defendant should not have been able to physically reach the judge.
    3. Simply posting a bailiff between the judge & the defendant at the moment of sentencing would have prevented this.

  4. That law clerk needs a huge raise! Where are the deputies?? If you look before they are on their phones and not paying attention 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  11. All she cared about was his past, 98% of judges are the same, they think they are above the law, untouchable. And never wrong. You've got to be in his seat to understand this. Long time coming. Gooo on
