  3. He is not above the law and the argument that he was operating in his presidential capacity on Jan 6th is a non-starter in court. He was acting as a political candidate, for his personal interests. The court will see that. If he cant defend against the evidence that Jack Smith brings forward, he should be convicted and punished just like everyone else.

Or the guys who made tremendous strides in making the best drugs for cancer treatment that were far more effective than chemo. Wake up and realize that the government is not interested in the wellbeing of the people, just the financial wellbeing of THEIR PEOPLE.
