  4. If any autority decodes to persecution Israel, the laws concerning these kinds of acts allready exists: according to the Geneva Convintion, any act that aims at civilians (including embargos) are ilegal!
    As anyone can see, 3/4 of victims ate civilians, and these acts are intentional !!!
    Personnaly, i'm ashamed in seing whats going on, and the silence from western countries!!!

You may also want to research what the International Court Of Justice is, as well as how it operates. Then you will have something worthy of interest to write.

    Israel was not found to be enacting genocide.
    Israel must also keep it that way, as well as prevent calls for genocidal acts.
    A clear example of genocide is what we saw on October 7th.

  35. The ICJ is a toothless paper tiger that has no legal standing, it is only advisory to the UN! Plus as Israelis is not a signatory to the ICJ it does not have to even comply with the reporting back to the ICJ in 30 days. Having said all that how about the UK taking the Palestinian state and all the other Arab Nations declaring their intentions of genocide for the Jews.. The one sided justice of the UN should be also be questioned, 15 resolutions against Israel for defending itself …..ZERO against Palestine for attacking Israel. The UN has run its course and needs to be disbanded just like the League of Nations. Time to have a true democratic assembly with no Vetos.

    The court by ordering Israel to take all measures to prevent a genocide and at the same time finding that Israel has a genocide case to answer effectively called for a ceasefire.

    Israel can ignore the ICJ ruling, but remember ,most other countries including Israel itself have very strict Domestic laws with regard to commitment of Genocide i.e you can't in any way support, financially, materially or otherwise a country committing genocide. What this ruling effectively means is that if Israel doesn't comply (or the courts deem it to not have done enough) and the countries arming Israel continue arming Israel…they will be actively aiding and abetting genocide (A serious crime in most if not all countries in this world) , also the fact that Israel has an ongoing genocide case against it now puts more pressure on it's backers.

    Please do note ,even if Israel complies with the court order, this doesn't mean that the case of genocide will have ended, no the case will still be very much ongoing as Israel,a party to the genocide convention already knew genocide was a crime.

    The court may not have ordered a ceasefire because it had no legal recourse to do so ,as Hamas was not party to the court. However when the court says that Israel should punish those who commit and incite genocide, it is not referring to the people who commit and incite genocide from today, rather it is referring to Israels responsibility as a party to the geneva convention to punish those who commit and incite genocide…if these measures pass through the security council ..it effectively means that Netanyahu, Smotrich ,Yoav Galant and the rest can be arrested by the state of Israel for inciting and committing genocide..Israel of course won't but this has effectively put them in prison in Israel especially as after one month when they submit a report and the court deems that they haven't acted sufficiently …a warrant of arrest may be issued by the criminal court.

    When the South African foreign ministry stands and says this is a win,She's not stupid ,she understands the legal implications of the ruling fully .
