The officer had a near miss, the person in that pulled over car did not.
Was he OK? It would’ve been nice if you included that important piece of information it was the driver of that car. OK they took a sideswipe hit. Those would’ve been nice if you had decided to tell everybody.

That cop caused the whole situation bye pulling somebody over on a freeway. They're supposed to be doing this for safety does this seem safe to you?
This is exactly why if I’m getting pulled over I will slow down, put on my hazards, & motion them to follow me to a safer location for all of us. this is dangerous & I have kids, they may also. so we’re taking that to a safer location.
