  18. A brain that goes on the fritz as often as Biden’s is not capable of strategic thought. Which raises the question, “Who’s running the show?” A committee or a small group of advisers is not the ideal setup either. Much is expected of the President’s own mind.

  19. Sky and the BBC are all saying how bad his mind is. Which clearly shows how bad his behaviour is now. They have been ignoring it or making excuses for him for the last three years. Now they are turning on him
