Fritessaus is awesome on chips
garlic mayonnaise is the goat
European mayo. Ideally a top Dutch brand. Or even better I recently discovered pindasaus, a Dutch satay like sauce they use with chips. It’s incredible!
Mayonnaise all day. If they were thicker “chip shop chips” I’d say curry sauce.
