I have a 38(400w)panel array in Tx and I still need more panels to get to net zero. I will add another 16 or so this year. I am an energy hog with pools, hot tubs, etc. This neighborhood excites me.
Recommend also looking into the “Loretto Heights” neighborhood by Thrive Home Builders. Another “0 net energy” community that is really going for it
