Used the tax tracker on the Sky News website. Seems the poorer you are the less you are likely taking home. If you earn under 31k you are taking home less money. If you earn 43k a year you are actually taking home more (paying less tax) – how the faaark did that come about? Supposedly levelling up is it?
How much did he put on a packet of cigarettes or tobacco products 🤔
Tax cuts when services are crumbling, great idea.
He’s my MP, but hopefully not for much longer.
Always looks like he’s having a lovely time overseeing the dismantling of our welfare state.
Not exactly complaining about the tax cut as I’m likely to wind up like £50 ahead per month, but honestly i’d happily give that up twice over if we instead cleaned the rivers up and funded the schools and colleges more properly.
What I think we can all agree on is him and the rest of ’em will be fucked off to the back benches come the next general election…
The eventual tory plan is to get rid of national Insurance completely. National Insurance is used to pay for the state pension, jobseekers allowance and maternity allowance.
