A New York state judge just ruled and he’s crooked as you could get and a lot of people expected something like this but not for the amount but this is a very dishonest man this is a man that’s been overturned already on this case four times but a crooked New York State

Judge just ruled that I have to pay a fine of $355 million for having built a perfect company today justice has been served today we prove that no one is above the law no matter how rich powerful or politically connected you are everyone must play by the same rules

We have a responsibility to protect the Integrity of the marketplace and for years Donald Trump engaged in deceptive business practices and tremendous fraud Donald Trump and the other defendants were ordered to pay 463.3339 million in discouragement plus $100 million in interest which will continue to increase every single day until it is paid

Donald Trump, his eldest sons and associates have been ordered to pay over $350m by a New York judge who found them guilty of intentionally committing financial fraud over the course of a decade.

The ruling marks the conclusion of a case that has been years in the making. The New York attorney general, Letitia James, has been investigating Trump’s business since 2019. James hailed the ruling as a ‘massive victory’. ‘No matter how big, how rich, or how powerful you are, no one is above the law. Not even Donald Trump,’ she said. Trump has denied all wrongdoing and is likely to appeal the decision.

  15. This will backfire on the Left. In New South Wales, the offence of perverting the course of justice or attempting to do so is contained in section 319 of the Crimes Act 1900 and carries maximum penalty of 14 years’ imprisonment.

    And while that may seem to be a heavy penalty in modern times, the offence can carry up to life in prison in some jurisdictions of the United Kingdom and Wales, and in the United States has seen those convicted being sentenced to terms of as long as 30 years behind bars.

    This article will not only outline the law, but also look at incidents whereby those in positions of power – including politicians and judges – have been guilty of the offence. 14 yrs in prison awaits the perps.

It seems like it would apply here because she's government but she's taking property it's supposed to be a criminal offense to be able to take properly from someone I thought well she was going for the property I don't think she got any of the property did she she just put a really bad fine on him

  23. Everyone must play by the same rules? Then why is Trump is being charged with 400 crimes and none of your politically connected buddies are? Even though every real estate developer ever did the exact same things Trump did – value their own properties as highly as possible. Even with the classified docs case, Joe sat on docs for 7+ years and NO ONE CARED. Only Trump gets charged with these nonsensical things.

    Trump is the ONLY ONE having certain rules applied to him. It's obvious and pathetic. It is political persecution, and more than half of America sees it for what it is, which is why Trump is leading in the General Election polls, and has been for many months. You won't win if the American People are allowed to have anything close to a free and fair election in 2024, that's for sure.

  36. OK. I get that. but let me ask you, have you ever sat in front of a banker asking for a commercial loan to float your business or continue a commercial line of credit? I did, for 30 years. There is not unlimited credit out there. You have to compete…honestly. And if you don’t succeed you either lose your company or have to go to the secondary market and pay higher interest rates that hurts your bottom line.
    What Trump and sons did was pull an Enron move. They lied through their teeth to elbow to the front of the line. The money they got should have gone to others more deserving and honest. Also, they lied in court. They knew their applications were lies, just blamed the accountants. The Enron guys are still in jail, even though they did the same thing. The judge here is enforcing the lending laws. Pretty simple.
    So yes, there are victims. Those companies, maybe yours or your wife’s or your brother’s, that didn’t get funded. Any questions?

  38. Yup, crooked as can be! James is abusing her position and is being paid well to uphold this travesty of the law. The American people unite to tear down the lies and corruption. Biden literally walks away with the “old man” plea and the next US President is being railroaded.

Do your job and go after his assets ……and don't bother with MAR-A-LAGO. Literally NO ONE wants MAR-A-LAGO because it is located directly under PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FLIGHT PATH. ROARING JETS EVERY TEN MINUTES OF EVERY SINGLE DAY. NO ONE WANTS THIS PIECE OF PROPERTY. LET TRUMPY KEEP THAT PROPERTY. It's not worth $100 million. No one in there right mind would even bother subdividing it. You can't even hold a conversation outside with planes flying in and out all day long.

    Go after assets that have some value!!
