Hur said he did not exonerate Biden. He said he had evidence that Biden committed the crime of willfully retaining and sharing classified documents. The reason he didn't indict is because Biden is a mental basket case that a jury would feel sorry for. He's Koo Koo for coco puffs

Somebody needs to give Hur a cognitive exam. He can't seem to remember what he wrote, when he's got the paper right in front of him. Stands by his claim that Biden didn't remember when his son died, when his own report says that he remembered precisely when. Either he can't read, or he's lying.
