Toddler rescued from window ledge

Czech police responded swiftly to bring a toddler to safety who had crawled out onto a window sill as her mother slept. Passers-by raised the alarm when the child was spotted in the precarious spot six metres up from the ground

  7. Lol. Everyone is immediately accusing his mum. What about the father? What if he was being watched by a nanny or an uncle? Condemn the obvious negligence but best not to blame based on assumptions.
