they promised the United States spent
months uh not agreeing a package for
Ukraine and European allies
uh have not delivered the amount of
ammunition they promised when we delay
supplies it’s about life and death it it
has real consequences stoltenberg said
though it was not too late for Ukraine
to win the war despite the ongoing
struggles on the front line
A Russian missile attack on an educational institution in a popular seafront park in the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Odesa on Monday killed at least five people and injured 32, local officials said. Odesa has been a frequent target of Russian missile and drone attacks, particular port infrastructure.

The Ukrainian proxy war could become even more destructive than it has been up to now if the collective West doesn’t return to its senses. News reports clearly state that the school was hit because the missile was shot down by Ukrainian air defence. The woman in the bideo also said so.
Theres something to be said for accurate reporting.
