1. Corrupt brazilian government has denied help from Uruguai, they are just letting people die!
   Civilians are saving civilians, the government is doing NOTHING to help!
   A single businessman sent over more helicopters and planes than the whole government did.
   Tv stations decided to show Madonna singing instead of the catastrophe.
   The army was asking for boat permissions and not letting those who had boats help other people.
   Food donations being denied entry because they didn't have a purchase recipe. (Yep, really)
   Cooked meals being denied to those starving because a nutritionist is required by the state.
   There's no electricity, there's no clean water!

2. Tell me what makes you say Britain should send anything. It is the responsibility of Brazilian government and the president to actively help those citizens desperately needing help right now. I don't hear or see president declaring to act vigorously.

   UM DESPREPARO IMENSO, VI UM DRONE QUE CAIU POR PROBLEMA TÉCNICO, FALTA DE BOTES E BARCOS PRA SOCORRER A POPULAÇÃO, VAMOS PARAR DE GASTAR DINHEIRO COM ARMAS E GASTAR COM QUE PRECISA, INVESTIMENTO NA DEFESA CIVIL.

It's a miracle there are no more victims! the animals that were victims in greater numbers. About 10 years ago I heard people say at school that this would happen in about 50 years.
