  1. Dear Sarah, if you for whatever reason happen to read this, THANK YOU! Thank you for being such an incredible presence on screen for women. Your performances, in pretty much every production I've watched, is so nuanced and speaks to the soul of what it is to be woman in this era. If we can only be what we can see then we've got a mighty example before us. Again, thank you.

  2. So well deserved, such amazing acting! Happy Valley was just so thrilling and tense, one of the best series ever and Sarah's work indeed had a huge part in it's success!

  3. Oh look! Yet another boring, pointless awards show nobody watches giving awards for boring, pointless tv shows that nobody watches. Luvvies… further words fail me.

  4. Absolutely deserved . She’s always stunning in every role she does .
Absolutely nailed it along with brilliant writing an an ensemble cast who were perfection too (special shout out to Siobhan Finneran and James Norton)
    Congratulations .

  5. Imagine being black at one of these events 😂
It's a kind of harassment by camera.
Must feel like when you're doing your shopping and you know a security guard if following you for no good reason.
    Very strange and inverted weirdness.

  6. Never an award so well deserved. 🎉she always looks so surprised, when she wins these awards, but that what's great about her she doesn't realise her talent so down to earth 🎉

  7. Happy Valley increased my admiration for this tremendous actor. Also it sent me looking for other work by Sally Wainwright whose talent and skill are immeasurable.

  8. have so enjoyed everything about these series … just brilliant and Ms Sarah is so real, is she actually acting … hugs from perth australia ….

  9. I love Sarah but can't understand for the life of me why she goes into 'posh' mode at these things!

She's a Northern lass & should be very proud of her roots….posh doesn't suit you Sarah…Catherine does! Catherine has it all going on 😊
