[Guarro] The situation with Lautaro and his contract renewal is NOT a question of timing or the new ownership. His request of a €12M+ salary is NOT in line with the club’s strategy. Until he and his entourage lower their requests, an agreement will always be distant. The next meeting is crucial.

[Guarro] I repeat the line on Lautaro.

It is not a question of new ownership and consequent changing timing.

There is no agreement between the parties and until Lautaro and his agent take a step towards Inter, the handshake will always be postponed. The first request was even 12 million upwards and is not in line with the club’s strategies.

We must speak and act in the same way, with the utmost intellectual honesty. Everyone is entitled to give themselves a value, just be clear. The negotiations continue, the next meeting will be important and will tell us if there is a willingness on the part of the player and his agent to review an initial position that is too distant from the Inter world.

  2. So the 12 milions is true, hell it is almost double what he earns now.

Why don’t we give him 12 milions bit after the signings we say that it was 12 gross?

  3. Just sell him then. Preferably quickly and for a good price ( over 100M )

  4. Good, let’s not make another Skrini mistake, sell him while hes in his prime, and get a striker who can actually run with the ball and dribble

  5. Yeah at this point he’s gone, and I’m fine with that because we can’t afford 12m net a season for a player. I just hope we can get around 150m, but anything above 130m I would be happy
