I think Ekaterina Kotrikadze and Nadya Tolokonnikova need to team up to lead the democratic transition of Russia, as interim stewards. I would think Ukraine, Poland, France or a GUAAM nation may be the most appropriate local for an HQ. The revolution of free Russia!
