  3. It does make the EU complacent in genocide. Already, Ukraine has lose over 600,000 soldiers. However, it seems the EU wants Ukraine to lose one or two million soldiers. I am sure Russia is capable of doing this while at the same time helping the EU cause financial ruin to their own countries. It looks like a win-win situation for Russia.
