the government of Slovakia has given an update on the health of prime minister Robert fito it said he is no longer in life uh threatening condition that the worst fears regarding his serious but stable condition for now have passed have fito already underwent at least two surgeries after being shot four times on Wednesday little information has been released about the suspect after prosecutors told police not to make uh details public about the case the suspect appeared in court though on Saturday and was ordered to remain in custody until his trial begins
