If French Troops being used for training Ukraine are considered legitimate targets, it would be necessary for France to ensure their safety by providing Air Support and all of the necessary mesmd at it's disposal to ensure their safety. Russia is struggling to deal with Ukraine when they have weapons to defend themselves, he doesn't have an air force capable of defeating Ukraine, his Navy is useless against Ukrainian Drones, what is he going to do if he has to deal with the modern technology that France will bring to bear. He should quit while he can.
