THERE WAS NO NOSE DOWN PITCH, CLEARLY IN FACT I THINK HE'S STILL UNDER PARTIAL POWER, MAYBE NOT ENOUGH TO CLIMB, HENCE THE PROP IS TURNING, IF HE HAD LOST THE ENGINE THE PROPS WOULD NOT BE MILLING, I CAN HE IS TRYING TO SLOW HE'S SPEED BEFORE LANDING, WITH ENGINE OUT YOU DONT NORMALLY BELLY LAND YOUR AIRCRAFT, check when the aircraft has come to a stop, you can clearly see the landing gear worked it's way loose and is about to pop out, this leads me to think he had a jammed landing gear
