  1. Rather the first lady was too chummy. Royals do not hold hands in public, particularly not with strangers. Perhaps the first lady was extremely nervous in the presence of royalty and tried to over compensated.

  2. As always, looking for sensational gossip where none exists. No.Queen Camilla did not snub anyone. We’ve all been in these types of awkward situations.

  3. No the French First Lady was all over the place I’m afraid. Proper protocol is walk forward place the wreath then walk backwards and bow your head if not military, otherwise salute. The Queen was just doing what she’s supposed to do

  4. Between Harold and Meg, Jill and Joe Biden, and the Macrons, one gets tired of all this idiotic hand holding. It’s unprofessional and Queen Camila knows it. Good for her.

  5. You are not supposed to touch the Queen. Do you think she would have tried to grab Queen Elizabeth's hand like that? It's a matter of Royal protocol and courtesy. Yes Michelle Obama touched Queen Elizabeth's back to which her Majesty did not mind. But this is a public ceremonial event, and such a gesture considered in good form in front of the cameras

  6. And for what it is worth, God bless her majesty Queen Camilla. She has really stepped up during this most difficult time for the Royal family, she is kind-hearted and sincere in her compassion for others. I believe her Gracious Majesty Queen Elizabeth II would be very proud of her…
