Philippines accuses China of blocking the evacuation of a sick soldier in the South China Sea
The Philippines has accused China of blocking a medical evacuation in the disputed South China Sea. Footage released by the Philippines Coast Guard seems to show Chinese vessels interfering with their Philippine counterparts, including ramming a boat. The Philippine military stated that the sick soldier was successfully evacuated a day later.

One side of the story from the Western media. China mentioned if the Philippines had asked permission to send medical supplies to the sick Philippines military personnel on board the ship, China would allow it without interference. The Philippines is using Western media to create a negative image of China.
