Mascarpone 500g, eggs 5, sugar 3 big spoons, espresso coffee, savoiardi 2 layers, cocoa on top.

  1. Mix yolks with sugar with a machine until sugar is gone. In the cream, add Mascarpone and mix by hand.
  2. 3 white eggs mix with machine until they are white and not falling out of the container.
  3. Add it to the Mascarpone and yolks cream, mix then by hand until the cream is unified completely.

  4. Put savoiardi 1 by 1 into coffee, then add them in a layer into a container.

  5. After the first layer is done add the cream on top. Repeat. (I do with 2 layers)

  6. Top the last later with cream.

  7. Leave it in the fridge and eat the next day.

Don't forget to add cocoa after you cut it and put in a plate.
