Sunaks dad was a GP, Blairs dad was a miner, Thatchers dad was a store owner, the trouble with ooliticians today they are all private school, grammar school and university career politicians that know nothing of what its like to actually work for a living , or what it was like in their fathers shoes.

Replace these triaging GP’s with Robots (they can be programmed to care unconditionally, remove systemic r4cism & schedule follow up appts) so patients are routed to Specialists & consultants for treatment quickly. Problem of incorrect diagnosis & waiting times would be solved. Also abolish this pointless medieval monarchy for more money in ppl’s pockets. Can leave palaces & castles for tourism.

11. My heart is not bleeding for 37,000 unemployed GPS who choose not to work for the NHS because they can earn more in private sector. Sorry. They got their pension caps increased to over £1M for a reason, because they threatened to quit the NHS so that is why the NHS has cut back. They are too expensive for government healthcare because they want parity with private sector. Make it illegal for them to work private sector and they will come running back to NHS. Personally, thank God for private practice GPs because without them I would have to sit in the A&E for hours and wait months for an appointments. Chuck the NHS, get BUPA and live like a human being.

It’s not true that GP’s were unemployed due to the Government’s policies They took early retirement instead when govt imposed stringent working requirements so that patients can be treated effectively! If they don’t want to give care they do whatever they want! It’s tax payers money they get paid!

21. Physician Associates (PA) are not Doctors and initially were devised to aid overwhelmed GPs in Practices, same with Nursing Associates, if local areas are only employing PA'S instead of GP it shows alot about how greatly under funded the NHS is. The NHS needs experts not knock off replacements

28. What she’s forgetting to say is that GPs are not accepting full time jobs in practices and instead working as locums because that way they get 20 to 30% more pay. The pay for a GP is £120k ish… they want more. We’ve all been to the GP recently… I think we all know that we shouldn’t be paying them more than the £120k they already get…

34. Stop bringing overseas doctors/ HCPs!!! Medical students or qualified HCPs in the UK are now struggling to get a job because they replaced by oversees trained people. What’s the point of studying here then. There are lot of politics inside NHS. Consultants trying to pull their cousins or family into JCF and senior doctor jobs. What are we, current students need to do ? Leave the country?
