Considering the fact putin and his fellow dirty little thieves are estimated to have looted and embezzled as much as *tens of trillions* from russia’s economy since the ’90s, I don’t think a mere 350bn is too much to expect.

Doesn’t add up correctly. The damage to Ukrainian economy alone is $560 billion. I say round everything up to an even $1 trillion and add a mandatory 20% service charge.
