27. I used private because NHS waiting list was to long. I was seen by a shoulder specialist and he always shook my hand when we met. Nurses felt like they were always happier

30. I mean going private when you can seems like the best option. You get better, quicker treatment AND free up space on the waiting list for the NHS. It's a win-win
