it yes it it it does seem if the greens are being punished for being a little bit too green perhaps I mean one of the issues in Germany is that people are very concerned about energy bills and Germany stopped using nuclear power some years ago after a lot of pressure from the greens um and some consumers identifi that as actually having helped push up the prices of course the prices were pushed up more effectively by the uh the the war in Ukraine that Russia started a couple of years ago because that caused a big spike in the uh price of natural gas in particular something which the Germans were relying upon and used to import a large amount of from uh the Russian State uh concern gas prom uh the other issues are that uh younger people seem to have been scooped up by other groups there’s this European party called um Vault and they’ve taken some of those votes away from the greens too because they’ve also adopted green policies that seem to be a little bit friendlier and as you’ve just mentioned absolutely the fact that the greens were in Coalition with Schultz and Schultz’s Coalition has been very unpopular he’s one of the most unpopular of postwar chancellors um that hasn’t helped their cause whatsoever
The Greens took a major hit at Sunday’s European elections in Germany and across Europe, according to a first projection provided by the European Union. Not surprising given their disgusting behavior after the Mannheim incident last week.
They have closed two perfectly functioning nuclear power plants, when they needed it the most. If that's not the pure definition of hating your own people, i dont know what else is!
