    By the sounds of it, this is mainly about necessary infrastructure upkeep and improvement. Ensuring potable water quality and preventing leaks and losses. 

    I am curious how much discussion or action would go into watershed improvements. For instance, if we can retain water in wetlands and plant life throughout the upstream tributaries, we’ll have more available water for Lake Powell (trickle-down hydronomics). Re-hydrating the landscape helps everyone, wildlife included.
