Liverpool have turned down the chance to sign Anthony Gordon from Newcastle

This would be interesting. As a Liverpool supporter I would really like to see him playing for Liverpool, since I rate him highly. I know he is a left winger, but I wonder if he could play on the right wing as a future Salah replacement. However, I don't think I would sacrifice Quansah for that.

  1. I have a feeling this way of wording it is very generous on Liverpool. Why would Newcastle sell him?

  2. I don’t think they need him, would be a waste of money considering other positions are more necessary

  3. To be fair, they do need a LW. I’m not sure about that Luis Diaz guy. Doesn’t seem to offer a lot at anything approaching a consistent enough level.

  4. Would have made for an interesting Goodison fixture 🤣

Unfortunately i had the “pleasure” of being at Rooneys first game at Goodison for United where he kissed the United badge

  5. As much as I’d like Gordon I’d absolutely not be sacrificing Quansah in order to get him.

  6. It would spark outrage from gobshites on the internet, furious that one of The Cartel members could do the exact same thing that Newcastle did to Everton. Get him in.

  7. I’m surprised you lot weren’t in the race for Olise, imo that would have been a great long term Salah replacement.

  8. I think he’d be a great signing, I also think that Diaz maybe leaves this summer to psg or barca but no chance you’re getting Quansah as part of any deal.
