  1. It’s truly devastating to hear about the situation in Vilniansk. russians launched two missile strikes on the town center, resulting in the deaths of seven people, including two children, and injuring 23 others, eight of whom are children. Some are in a critical condition.

Anastasiia was at home while her younger sisters were in the downtown where the russian missiles hit. Anastasiia rushed to retrieve her sisters and found herself under second attack.

“I came for the little ones during the second ‘arrival,’ and I was myself stunned by the hit. I came for my little sisters and saw someone burned in a car. It was an evening, a weekend—everyone was out shopping, of course, there were many people around,” Anastasiia shared.

Her sisters survived, but among the children who perished was a 10-year-old friend of the girls:

“Her mom is in intensive care. We have a cheburek stall [fried buns, popular street food – Ed] there, and they went to get some food. A 10-year-old child perished.”

As a result of the shelling by russia, Vilniansk resident Yulia Seliukova lost her home.

“We just don’t have a home anymore. It’s gone. I was napping, then I heard something ‘arriving.’ Our roof starts falling, windows blew out, and the power went out. My parents and I rushed out and began putting out fires with whatever we could find while bodies lay nearby. I didn’t count; I couldn’t. I just scooped up sand because I didn’t know what else to do. Everyone in my family survived.”

Yulia recounted the deaths and injuries of people she knew and was close to:

“A young girl burned and they carried her body out—they rented a place there. There were shops and food trucks and a beauty salon. A man burned in a car. This was a very popular place; benches were nearby, people strolled around. Children played here. It was all leveled. How can we go on? Can anyone answer that?”

  2. Hope these pieces of **** experience the same. Not sure what UA is waiting for. Any barriers stopping them from doing so are in ruins long time ago – start showing their population what do they support or silently accept.

  3. One must understand the mindset of ruzzians: they consider this a victory, with a capital “V”. Terrorizing and killing civilians, with an emphasis on killing children, women, and the aged is their most prideful moment. That is why when I speak of the Ukraine enemy I term them “ruzzians” as the “zz” denotes the outright nazi beliefs and actions they repeatedly undertake.

These ruzzians are a scourge upon our planet, and must be eliminated. Are all Russians “ruzzian”. I hope not but the evidence is not clear yet in respect of what portion of the inhabitants of that country are nazi’s in their belief system, and what portion are not.

  4. Ruzzia must implode in to change for the better. The West could hasten that, but lacks the resolve.

  5. Russians are killers and need to be eliminated. None are innocent except the ones who fled.

  6. Good job Russia, look at what a big hero you are. So big and strong, killing innocent people and kids. Yeah that’ll show them how big and strong you are 🙄🙄🙄 imbeciles

  7. If the entire Russian military was blended into a slurry and then Putin and his government were drowned in it, the world would be a better place.
