My apartment has new bicycle parking spots installed on Friday. I am still lost as to how to park my bicycle here. Does anyone know how it works?

Just the front wheel. The back wheel stays on the ground or… if your bicycle is lacking in vital statistics, it just droops down like a limp…
These things are Dutch. Slide the bar forward, and it will become a ramp, ramp your bike up, then lift the bar back to its original place.
