Just the front wheel. The back wheel stays on the ground or… if your bicycle is lacking in vital statistics, it just droops down like a limp…
These things are Dutch. Slide the bar forward, and it will become a ramp, ramp your bike up, then lift the bar back to its original place.
Pull on the black handle and it will slide down
