  1. Pretty dangerous to go down that debt rabbit hole. Most who do that THINK they’ll pay it off by X, but that seldom happens. Things come up and the funds aren’t there. Never want to tell people what to do (other than my kids), but this is when maturity and discipline need to kick in. Sometimes you just can’t do things when you want . That’s something our parents ingrained in us (I’m 60). For whatever reason, we haven’t ingrained that in our kids. They want everything NOW.

  2. How does a person get time off from both of her jobs to travel? And how do we ensure our homes aren’t targeted by squatters while we are away?

    The idea of “vacation” is hilarious to many people. But on the plus side camping may just ne the practice we need!

    I guess I’m sour this AM.
