I have zero faith that the education system in this state is capable of teaching, effectively, financial literacy to anyone given that they are incompetent as a whole in being financially and fiscally responsible and intelligent.
What about no child left behind? What if those kids can’t pass a financial literacy class and can’t graduate? Wouldn’t they be left behind?
