This is how you promote birth rates in a community, not by forcing people,but by helping them when they do make the voluntary decision to become parents.
This might actually be a good answer for places like Japan and Korea. Even all over the world.
I thought this was already a thing. As far as I know, your neighbor can use some of your parental leave to watch your kids.
Am not a parent though, and might misremember.
Oh, it might be the leave from work, not the pay, I’m thinking of.
