Could have possibly been used in a more serious crime and then burnt out to destroy forensic evidence, youths joy-riding and then setting fire to stolen cars was more of a thing in the 90s and early 2000s in London.
How nostalgic.. fondly reminds me of my flat in Shepherds Bush in the 2000s.. 💕
