Wieso hat mir der Verkäufer direkt nach meiner Nachricht diese dupliziert und verschickt? Der gesamte Chat verlief sonst ganz normal und das Profil sieht auch echt aus.

Ich kenne mich nicht aus, aber vielleicht verkauft er im Auftrag und textet das gleichzeitig jemandem.. Oder eBay ist einfach nur dumm
Wenn du Freunde und Familie angibst kannst du die Zahlung nicht wieder zurückziehen, sollte das ein scam sein. Niemals sowas machen.
I always pay with goods&services and add a few euros extra to cover the fee. There’s a calculator online to estimate the amount. Got burned a couple times before so best to be careful
That doesn’t read like a bot to me, the conversational flow sounds quite human. But as others have said, I wouldn’t recommend using friends & family. I’ve lost 200€ that way before; PayPal won’t do anything to help if they just decide to pocket the money and not send the item.

I would say it’s because he is replying you through email (not with Kleinanzeigen Apps/web) and he mistakenly delete the part where it separated your email and his reply.
Or maybe apps error. Try to open Kleinanzeigen on web and see if that text also occurred there.
Other than that, are you sure on paying this amount with PayPal F&F?
