I hope these aid packages focus on stocking up basics for 5 years rather than stuff like Excalibur shells, and humanitarian aid (yes, it has to come second, the army MUST come first for civilians to not be murdered).
Ukraine needs military aid of all sorts, and fiscal aid comes second, and it’s rough to say but humanitarian aid should be a distant third.
Also, forcing draft dodgers to come back is an inferior solution compared to forcing them to pay Ukrainian taxes (getting double taxed is harsh (it could be set at a half tax (to be realistic, I don’t think draft dodgers will pay a full extra tax for embassy services) and impact women as well for more revenue (which gets us back tk more than the full tax as there’s more women abroad!), but it offers an excellent compromise).
