Had no idea the lease was coming up. Disappointed it’s closing but intrigued to hear about new sites in Camden and Liverpool Street.
The latter seems a bit too close to the City for Boxpark – can’t imagine the vibe will be quite right.
As far as I know all of Boxparks, and Pop Brixton are deliberately temporary things to occupy space before construction commences. Beats leaving empty shuttered up fly tips.
Where will everyone from Essex go?
What a shame. Wasn’t my sort of hangout but it added a lot of energy to the area.

Well, shifting it to Liverpool Street is what… a 5 minute walk, though I can’t imagine where they’d put one. …& just think – removing this one will fully open up all the beautiful space behind it, under the station [I am completely joking, btw. It’s a car park, gym, often used as a TV/film base & general j-infested shithole.] I presume someone’s going to hope to build something of reasonable worth to replace it.
Oh no! Another place selling the same overpriced low quality food and drinks is closing….anyway

Not a huge shock given [Bishopsgate Goodsyard](https://www.constructionenquirer.com/2022/03/30/main-works-date-for-londons-900m-bishopsgate-goodsyard/) was supposed to start construction at some point this year, but still… I’m sure some will be gutted
