Comparison of Technical Characteristics: Ukraine’s Current Fighters vs. Western Fighters by UNITED24Media Tags:UkraineUkraine WarUkraine War Video Report 14 comments Why is the F-16’s range so limited? Lets hope NO russians downing some would be their great achievement and laugh out loud! That F-16 range is without drop tanks and 6x 500lb bombs. With the usual wing tanks and a combat load it’s around 1000km. Are the Eurofighters and Gripens seriously being considered? To be fair, “defection range” has never been a consideration for Western aircraft designers or pilots. Do you think any US fighter pilots consider going over there to help them? I think having Western and NATO weapons only builds toward F35s and beyond. I see nothing on this list that goes _brrrrrrrrrrrrrt_ I thought they were getting an older F16 block that had a much shorter radar range. Hopefully this one is accurate. I’m reading a really boring technical book on the F-35s history It is surprisingly interesting Radar cross section SU-57 Felon. Basketball and very few F-22 Raptor. Marble return F-35 Lightning. Golf ball size return Difference? F-22 is USAF only F-35 half the cost of F-22 and an international shared joint strike fighter among many NATO allies all linked together as a joint force Different countries share in manufacturing requirements allowing jobs and economies to flourish And 3 models A air force model B harrier version C Naval beefy landing gear A win for everyone Except Russia What is Radar Operating Range? These comparison charts don’t really factor in mission profiles so it can vary a lot, what’s the combat radius payload composition? Why f 16 range so small? The Gripen really would be a great aircraft for the Ukraine Airforce. Good to see that the Mirage will also be a huge upgrade for Ukraine too. Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
