1. Good luck with that. People here are too complacent to think that food shortages will every hit and hurt us. ‘Hopefully’, the price of potatoes and wheat going up come harvest might wake people up into realising our climate is already changing for the worse.

2. Its not the first and won’t be the last. I thought the boston lettuce shortage or the grain price rises would have caught folks’ attention…
