Maybe a squibd round(or how the hell were those called) and gasses came back through the breech and ruptured the casing? Or just a he shell explosion in the barrel? I wish we knew if there were casualties, i dont see any debris flying or people falling. Just the big flash. Lots of ex-current military around, give us an opinion.
