French snap elections: A look at voting results in key constituencies • FRANCE 24 English
start with M Len’s constituency this one here you can see that she picked up uh 58.4% of votes which essentially means that there will be no second round for her seat she won it outright uh this is lur VZ he’s the former head of uh the uh Republican the conservative party uh picking up 36.8% but you see right on his heels there is the national rally candidate uh and the new popular front candidate here also making making it to the second round with which means that this will be one of many three horse races that will be decided next Sunday uh you also have a France’s uh um First District in in cores he picked up 37.6 3% that uh means that he’ll be uh uh going head-to-head with the other two candidates from Le Republican the conservatives and the national rally for his seat and then uh you have some other individual scores this is Elizabeth Bon the former prime minister uh picking up 28.8% of votes in her constituency um Fabian rousel who is the head of the Communist Party picking up 31.4% uh in his constituency uh he also will be to the second round and Sebastian shenu who is the spokesperson for the national rally party well he also won his seat outright which means he won’t need to go to a runoff uh for his seat uh one of uh I I suppose quite a few seats that have already been decided uh as of this first round of voting n
