Bullet hit the ground ?
I think he didint get hit directly and mortal. Looks like he got hit by the edge of the Shoulder. But though to tell the impact maybe some veins and nerves are blasted away.
See, he zigged when he should of zagged.
Do these kind of bullets penetrate body armor?

Could be wrong. But I’m doubtful that was 760m. Bullet hang time was to short.
