I've never seen the blueish color on a blindschleiche so I'm ruling that out.
The white spots on the head could point to ringelnatter.

  1. Yup, Ringelnatter. They are often blue-ish like that.

  2. Looks like a Kreuzotter to me. They come in many different colors.
