He is not saying that tho? From what I understood, he is saying Augosto will move to the left wing (with Dimarco) and the new signing will be a left-footed defender.
Edit: just confirmed from a quick google search. He said “braccetto” which is a CB playing on the left or right of a 3-man defense.
