*I recently found about 4 more videos which were not on the list, so the numbers may suddenly jump once I find time to review and reorganize*
The list so far. I am compiling this footage for documentation purposes because this is not normal in any way, despite what Russia’s supporters tell you.
This list is not intended to celebrate, glorify, encourage, or otherwise make light of suicide.
There are 73 recorded instances of Russian soldiers killing themselves on the battlefield, 12 not counted (NC’s, in this status because the video evidence was inconclusive or the self wound isn’t obviously mortal), and 3 after action photos insinuating what happened. We went 1 days since the last confirmed instance.
He was holding his rifle incorrectly. Not enough time in basic training.
Go home, Russia.. you’re drunk.
Beautiful compilation and the ending was a classic )

Epic ending.
I hate war! BUT I LOVE watching the good guys making the bad guys suffer!
Good indication of a weak military if they’re taking themselves out…

There is nothing funny about those suicides, it just shows how brainwashed are those soldiers to believe that certain death (and mortal sin, BTW) is better than captivity. And how blindly obedient they are.
They remind me of Nazi SS soldiers, though they were stupid, ill-trained, arrogant and lacking even basic education, they had stood their ground to the last, and, in fact, it was effective, allowing Wehrmacht to make advances.
