Nukes need good maintenance ,wonder how many of them would still fly reliably. After all they bombed their own cities more than once and are using consumer GPS units. Who know where they would land and even if they would take off before exploding.
They can’t even move a nuke without the US knowing. And if they were dumb enough to even strap one in a bomber and send it at Ukraine the US alone would put their satellites, navy, and Air Force in a grave yard within hours.
Russia can only be tusted to escalate this war. People need to wake up to the reality of where we are with regards to world peace. We may need to face down the russians once and for all if they take their nuclear blackmail to the limit.
What a sicko society, no wonder Ukraine calls them Orcs.
The scenario that scares most is if Russia launches an atomic bomb in the sea, like a warning. I don’t see a country who would answer.

Use of a Nuke in Ukraine would be a strategic catastrophe for the Russians. NATO would have no choice but to enter the war. I don’t envision offensive action against Russian forces outside of Ukraine. Certainly, NATO would impose a no fly zone over Ukraine and would likely engage anything that strayed into Ukrainian airspace and most likely, they’d support Ukraine ground attack operations. Russia might feel compelled to strike at NATO Forces, but to do so would inevitably end very badly for Russia. Mean time, Russian allies would face incredible pressure to distance themselves from Russia. Without India and China, the Russian economy completely collapses. Finally, any political divisions within NATO would disappear and any hesitation on the part of NATO members to supply Ukraine with anything they want would be gone. NATO would be galvanized
