I’ve got to go to work today as there is a school event on. Not the best start to a weekend.
Bit of a loose end this weekend, not sure what to do with myself
I’m performing music as a duo with my boyfriend tonight at a ball.
I’m trying to get the rest of today done without descending into a tiny pile of panic.
I’ve done tonnes of public performing but its usually in a fourty person orchestra not this.
Fortunately we’re playing for dancers so you can literally see the feedback on it as you play
My wife has been working overtime as a carer and she has been having a rough time at work recently so when she gets home I am gonna cook whatever she wants me to. ( although it’s not my fault if if turns out terrible because I certantly am no professional )
I dropped the ball I personally think recently in supporting her so I am gonna step up my game and be as supportive as I possibly can be.

My iPhone is on 6%. The charger is in the kitchen and I need to summon up the effort to get up and get to the charger before my phone dies.
Other than that no further plans for the weekend
Pic related. Sometimes I forget that Hugh Laurie is a yank in “House”, I still think of the Mr NIPPL-E sketch with Stephen Fry whenever I see him.
Roped into a 6hr shift, which I’m an hour and a half into, and then I’ve got the 4yr old and 8 month old to entertain when I’m back while the 10yr old and mum go to enjoy an afternoon at a birthday.
The 4Yo just wants me to do weights with her (lifting her up and down with my arms until I’m tired) or fight to prove she’s the strongest haha all I wanna do is have a powr nap but that’s off the cards until mums home..
